Austenland- New Movie for all my Jane Fans

Austenland(2013)
This widely successful book was written by Shannon Hale
and adapted into a movie coming out in theaters by you, hopefully
very soon
(produced by Stephanie Meyers)

This story follows a woman obsessed with the much loved BBC production
of Pride and Prejudice- the 1995 version--(a girl after my own heart)
and travels to a Jane Austen-styled English resort to either kick her obsession for good
or...
find her perfect gentleman.

This film looks amazingly genius. I just love the image above
and the clash between 21st and 19th century.

This was just played at Sundance film festival and
Sony pictures bought the rights to show the movie
and will hopefully not keep us waiting for too long.

Keep this lovely on your watch list!
and
Enjoy the clip below!
JJ Field (Northanger Abbey) and Kerri Russell in the starring role

    2. Yes, the 95 version (of course) blew the newest one out of the water-although the Knightly/Macfayden had some good parts :)I like Keri too and always loved her in the hallmark movie "Magic of Ordinary Days"...I think she will be good in this one :) Cant wait!
